Windows 7 wont recognize WD Elements 2.5TB External USB HD?

Just like it says. Just got my new hard drive today. It is a Western Digital Elements 2.5TB USB 2.0 External HD. I plugged everything in and got nothing. It is not being detected at all by windows though the light on the drive is coming (and staying) on. I went into the BIOS and PnP is on auto and usb is set to 1.1 + 2.0. I have tried a couple of other things but have not had any success. I am currently downloading some new drivers for windows but do not have any other ideas at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the name of this movie?

I know it's a western, but I can only remember parts of the story. It's about a group of guys who fought for the south during the civil war. they return home after the war. In their town the sheriff and his deputies are corrupt and murder one of the aforementioned guys' younger brother/sister (can't remember) and burn down his families ranch. then the group decides to take revenge. something like that. I do remember though that the last scene in the movie shows the group having a shoot-out with the sherriff in front of the building that he was in in the middle of the town, they kill the sherriff and i believe the movie ends there. Another thing that I remember is that the movie is pretty violent, I think that it would be rated R.

Why do i feel like its my fault that my mum and dad and sister died in a car wreck?

My lil sister just got her licence sje wasn't the best driver and she was gonni take me and my mum and dad out and my mum sed I could drive them there and my sis could drive us back and I sed I can't come I have to go out with my friends and they went and idk what exactly happened I'm sooo ***** sad I know its my fault iv had my licence for 4 years and I am a good driver I'm carefull on the road and if I just went with them they could of still been here today !!!!!! Is it my fault !??!?!!

i just don't want to get arrested or miss playing pool when i go back to early so i don't know how else to approach this. they all usually usually come back to their houses at 6:30 so i also have to be sly and carefull, and cuterous. if i do much else i'll probably get caught like my friend did and i have an event coming up that ivee been much looking forward for attending if you so please

Will soap effect my eyes?

so i wash my face every day, with bar soap, to help my acne, and the last few times ive gotten soap in my eyes when washing off my face, and it burns like a mother ******! the time i washed it tonite, it was excrutiating pain, i was literaly speed walking around in panic that i was gonna go blind and the pain was horrible, now im gonna start being alot more carefull, and my eyes seem to be fine now. but does this effect your eyes at all? Or is it just stinging at the time and dosnt really do much as far as long term'
