You are reasonably cute! If you wanna dazzle with some makeup...that's great. Use a pale foundation to match your porcelain skin. And then go from there. Maybe vibrant eyeshadows where you blend a few colors but nothing over the top. Your teeth and ears are fine. And try a layered look in your hair...or a chopped bob with bangs. Or long cylindrical curls and a little platinum streaks in your hair.
