Do you think i can get into University of Western Ontario?

i am canadian, but i moved to California when i was in middle school, and now i am almost a senior in high school and thinking about college is stressing me out a lot, my average GPA from freshmen year to junior year is 3.4, and i got 22 on the ACT, and 1440 on the SAT, iam going to take it again senior year. i really want to go to Western Ontario for the Business school, do you think i can get in to western? oh and i also play varsity golf
