I am on birth control and my BF and i use condoms how can I be pregnant?

I have taken 3 pregnancy test and all came up positive. I am on ortho tri cyclen and me and my Boyfriend use condoms.......is this actually possible and whose *** should I kick for this? Seriously wtf me and my BF are carefull. We both are educated and have good jobs but we wanted to get married and buy a house first. This really isnt fair and I am hoping not possible.
