Can a super small cyst cause any sumptoms ?

Has anyone experienced this. I am sexually active but i have protected sex always wearing a condom. I am very carefull with that but i know is not 100 por cent reliable. well i was feeling very weird having some pain on the right ovary. So i went to my gynecologist a week before my period is due. he did an ultrasound and told me i have a super small ovarian cyst that fell out. (i dont know if that means it ruptures???) well then he told me oh your period is about to come (He saw that on the ultrasound). Then i went home and rest and that pain stoped like for 4 days. and on the fifth day that was yesterday i felt like a little nausea and a constant urge to urinate. And when i press the right side of my lower abdomen i want to pee . every time i went to the bathroom i didnt pee anything. I am scared about it. Gynecologist dont work on the weekends. I am getting paranoid. are all this symptoms because of that small cyst? does the smallest cyst cause symptoms? or i might be pregnant withouth knowing? HELP!!!!
