Could the antibiotics of made my period come please help!!!!?

ok so im 17 and im on the contraceptive pill about 3 weeks ago i had tonsillitis and was given a 10day does of antibiotics, when ever i started the dose i has just finished my period so i was taking the pill and the antibiotics....when i was i ment to go on a break i didn and just carried on taking the pill...but my period has came! so basically has the antibiotics cancelled out my pill causing my period to come? can that happen...i have also been having sex but i have been very carefull to use condoms as a back up please give me some feed back
