Does anyone know a game like that?

I am looking for a multiplayer games,something like "the ship",just not that boring...basically,lots of players and NPC's,and you have to kill the players or one of the players,while being carefull not to get killed yourself...i think it would be pretty fun to play something like this,but,as i said before,"the ship" is boring because of the ugly maps...
