How long does a dislocated knee need to recover?

hi , im 14 .one week ago i was in my dance EXAM and i fell and dislocated my knee and bruised my ribs, i had morphene and gas and air and the paramedic put my leg back straight, i went in the ambulance to the hospital where they said i chipped the knee cap and a flake broke off. i am taking 19 tablets a day, on crutches in a splint and using 2 types of cream. How long is it lickely to take for me to funny recover and will i be able to dance like before(i dont want to have to be carefull my whole life or never dance again :() xx
