How to sue the hospital?

You call a lawyer and have a consultation where you explain what happened. Then they will tell you whether or not they think you have a good chance of winning. It should not cost you anything for the initial consultation. Personally, I don't think you'll get anything out of it, but then again, I'm not a lawyer. Good luck.
