I just got a filling in my molar today and I'm worried that...?

I got my first ever filling (pretty good for a 16 yr old, almost everyone i know has had heaps!) and I was wondering if i can or can't eat on it, and what i should be carefull of. Yea, i sorta don't want it to crack haha
