Is it me or does the new nose not line up with the rear bumper as well?

I feel it is an optical illusion. I was watching the practice for the Bud Shootout tonight, and Kyle Busch was waiting to go out in the last 8 minutes he had several drafting smudges on his rear bumper. The were mostly dead center up and down on the bumper and mostly the same left and right. I too thought the new nose was a bit lower, but the marks (at least on Kyle's Car) told a different story.
