Is my sister paranoid since she was abused she's got cameras everywhere?

She was abused when she was a child and through her teen years she was 18 when she found the courage to speak up about it. I know she's helped a lot of other girls too. It was our uncle that abused her she caught him by putting a cam and voice recorder in her room. Ever since then, now she's got camera's everywhere! She takes her voice recorder everywhere. She's even put a cam in her car. My sister is a decent loyal girl so she get a lot of crap of people and she's caught a lot of people out. She's always got her voice recorder either in her hand her in her Pocket she doesn't leave without it now. is she paranoid??????? I ask her why does she do that and she say "I'm a carefull person.
