Paranoid... help, DOCTOS ADVICE?

ok i am 24 yeras old. I always had sex with my boyfriend but we always wear a condom and we are super carefull about that. I usually have a 5 day period. i got my period on the 6th of march, on sunday. and it was pretty heavy on sunday and monday. today is tuesday and i havent bleed. just spots. I dont have sore breast or anythin i just have a constant urge to urinate from 2 weeks ago, so i went to the urologist today and i didnt have any infection or anything and he told me i might have overactive blader. so taking to my mother she told me that maybe i can be pregnant because i have an urge to urinate. and now i am super nervous because she told me that there are some cases where some women got their period and they were pregnant. I bought a home pregnancy test and all came negative. but i am super worried because i look on google about it and i read stories of women saying that they got their period when they were pregnant and their test were negative until they were like 4 month pregnant. I am super scarted i dont want to wait for 4 month to found out if i am pregnant or not. Pleaseeee HELP.!!!!!
