Please helpp! fashion/makeup/hair emergancy!!?

so I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but we have a non uniform day at school and its nearly summer and I have not got anything to wear! I dont have any shorts, just jeans and I am carefull when I pick shirts because I have alot of spots on my chest and back, please, can anyone give me any advice on looking nice ? like even any hair or makeup advice? I have, long brown hair, blue eyes and pale skin. Thankyou :):)
