What do you think of this tattoo idea?

I was thinking of getting "elle brille" its french for "she shines" I've just kinda struggled with being a wallflower and stuff. I'm 17. I'm not sure if ill regret it or not. Or if you think this is cocky? Or dumb? I do kinda have an issue though because I believe in god and he's against tattoos but I really want it. Maybe at this point and time in my life I'm just too insecure and unsure to get a tattoo but I've been thinking about the same idea for a few years now. I'm over thinking it lol...
