What is wrong with me?

I have looked up symptoms on google and medical websites but nothing seems to pop up. I all of a sudden have a bunch of random lil bruises on my thighs they don't hurt but there dark enough to be noticed. Im also almost a week late for my period no spotting nothing but im still getting cramps. Im pretty confident im not pregnant my boyfriends always extra carefull . Any suggestions??
