Rate my top girl's names please?

I absolutely love them, they are all on my list. :) I would spell Madeline as Madeleine (mad-uh-line) or Madelyn (mad-uh-linn), but those are just the spellings I like. :) And I also love Kathryn or Catherine, but Katherine is good too. :) Such pretty names, and I love how you've put them together, I just wrote down these combinations on my list. :) Thanks!
